02 · Contacts
Remembers what you forget.
People and companies, with notes, follow-ups and the whole history. People change jobs, so one person can belong to several companies, each with its own title and department. The old company doesn't vanish. It just moves to "Former".
Coloured tags keep your lists tidy. Type "clients" when the tag is "client" and Newrise points you to the one you already have. Two tags that mean the same thing can be merged into one.

03 · Deals
See what's coming in.
A pipeline for work that's still a conversation. Every deal carries a probability, and the weighted value of the lot sits at the top. Newrise also counts how many days a deal has sat in the same stage, so you can spot the ones that have gone quiet.
Lose one and you note why: price, timing, they chose someone else, no reply. Next time you talk to them, it's right there. Win one and the project is a click away. With Pastinak you can send the quote or the invoice straight from the deal too.

04 · Projects
From yes to done. And paid.
Every project has a budget, an hourly rate, milestones and a deadline. You see time against budget, what's been invoiced and what hasn't. Every Friday at 14:00 Newrise writes the week's status, ready to send to your client.

05 · Tasks
Who's doing what, and by when.
Every task has an owner, a due date and a status: to do, doing, waiting or done. Give it a priority, break it into subtasks and add an estimate. If it comes round every week, it repeats itself. And you set the order by dragging.

06 · Time
The timer comes with you.
Start the timer on a task and get on with your day. It follows you all over Newrise while you look up a number or write a note. Forgot to start it? Log the hours afterwards. The week adds itself up, so Friday's look back takes a glance.

07 · Notes
Written down. Found again.
Notes live on the client, so the next person knows what was said. Search them, pin the one that matters, and turn a note into a task while it's still fresh.

08 · Team
Everyone at the same table.
Invite colleagues by email or with a link, and share contacts, notes, deals, projects and tasks. Everyone has a role: owner, admin or member. Nobody has to ask "where's that again?" ever again.

Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on a PC) and start typing. Jump to a person, a deal or a page, create something new, or stop the timer. Your hands never leave the keyboard.

11 · Your AI agent on your Mac
Your agent gets a desk too.
Connect your AI agent on your Mac with a token from Settings → Integrations. It can then find contacts and write notes, create people, companies, tasks and deals, move a deal along, finish a task and start the timer.
